He awakens as a Celebrant during the final battle. He assists Shizuno, aiming for the control system of the Cloud, along with Tomigai and the crew of the Okeanos. (*) Later, moved by Kyo's earnestness, he joins the swimming club. He nearly awakens as a Celebrant at the end of summer vacation. His part in the medley relay is backstroke.
