A monk of Seijoji Temple. He holds the position of Seido (highest position responsible for education). He freezes the psychic abilities of Saki and her group under Article 10 of the Prohibition Law. He attempts to lead Saki and her group to Seijoji Temple, but encounters a group of foreign Bakenezumi and dies in a kamikaze attack by a balloon dog.
