Houka Inumuta wears glasses with real prescription lenses and maintains a sharp, intelligent look.

His Three-Star Goku Uniform, called the "Probe Regalia," is covered in cables connecting his waist, neck, wrists, and legs.

When he speaks, his uniform's collar automatically opens at the mouth and closes after he finishes.

In battle mode, Houka wears a helmet with a see-through display and has touch-screen keyboards on his arms, thighs, and back.

These features give him a futuristic appearance similar to those seen in movies like "TRON" or "Iron Man."

Houka is calm, collected, and very logical.

He often makes sarcastic remarks about the other Elite Four members.

Sometimes, he is so focused on analysis that he forgets to warn teammates about an enemy's attack until the last second.

Houka is very attached to his computer and hates anyone touching it, showing a rare burst of emotion when someone does.

Currently, his father, now Deputy Director of the National Police Agency, tries to investigate the Kiryuin family.

To delay his father’s investigation until Satsuki defeats Ragyou, Houka faked a scandal to have his father removed from his post.

Three years ago, Houka was a famous hacker in middle school.

He hacked into REVOCS Corporation—the hardest security in the world—to cause their stock to crash, just for the challenge.

Though caught by Satsuki Kiryuin’s team, she recognized his talent and offered him a chance to join Honnouji Academy to change the world’s systems from the inside.

At first, he did not fully trust or obey Satsuki, and during the battle against Uzu Sanageyama’s Northern Kanto group, Houka was the only one who doubted Satsuki could win a 500-to-1 fight.

Houka’s main strength is analysis and strategy.

His Three-Star Goku Uniform, "Probe Regalia," links his body with cables and puts transparent displays in his helmet for real-time data viewing.

He has touch keyboards all over his body, which he taps quickly to analyze opponents, sometimes looking silly but being very effective.

Probe Regalia also includes optical camouflage, allowing him to become nearly invisible and attack unnoticed.

Though his physical attacks are weaker than some other Elite Four uniforms, his strategic approach and tricks make him a dangerous opponent.

During the final battle, he upgrades to "True Probe Regalia," which gives him new powers like high-speed movement and shooting webs of light from his arms.

Houka has a formal but respectful relationship with Satsuki Kiryuin, who recruited him for his skills.

He sometimes mocks other Elite Four members but works closely with them, especially with Shirō Iori and the rest of the student council.

He values teamwork when it comes to achieving shared goals.

Encounter with REVOCS and Joining the Academy

As a middle-school hacker, Houka hacks into REVOCS for fun.

He is quickly caught, but the leader of the capture squad, Satsuki Kiryuin, offers him a place at Honnouji Academy, encouraging him to change the world's systems.

He agrees and joins as the Information Strategy Committee’s head and student council accountant.

Tower Summit Showdown

In the second round of the grand tournament, Houka faces Ryuuko Matoi.

He uses "Probe Regalia" to collect data during battle, hiding with optical camouflage.

Instead of focusing on fighting, he is more interested in learning how Ryuuko can move in a 100% Life Fiber outfit.

When Ryuuko adapts and disables his camouflage, Houka quickly realizes that victory is impossible.

He forfeits the match to save his valuable data.

After losing, Houka changes into a tracksuit and sits with the other losers, watching the fight next to Mako Mankanshoku.

Tri-City School Raid Trip

During the raid, Houka leads the Information Team in Osaka, wearing a light blue tracksuit uniform.

When Nonon Jakuzure is losing, he helps the Kyoto team with a holographic movie projection.

Later, he appears in Osaka with a modified uniform, "Probe Regalia: Modified," and faces Tsumugu Kinagase.

After Honnouji Academy

After the academy is destroyed, Houka joins Nudist Beach and stays at headquarters as an analyst and backup.

He works with Shirō Iori to design emergency life-saving equipment.

Houka hacks the academy’s systems to reveal that Satsuki is secretly planning an escape.

He also keeps tabs on Life Fiber activity and helps figure out the real power of Ryuuko’s "Scissor Blade."

Final Battle and Graduation

In the last fight, Houka wears "Probe Regalia: Truth-Seeker," which focuses more on direct battle.

He fights alongside the other Elite Four on the front lines.

After graduating from the academy, Houka says he plans to go to university and later work for an IT company.
