Satsuki has long, flowing black hair and thick, bold eyebrows.

She has sharp, strong facial features that make her look both beautiful and tough.

She often wears a white uniform similar to a military outfit, and sometimes wears a white, sailor-style special outfit called "Junketsu."

Her presence is so striking that she often appears with a glow or shining light behind her.

Satsuki is bold, strict, and always confident.

She has a natural leader’s presence and never gives up on her goals.

She is famous for her powerful speeches and strict discipline, inspiring fear and loyalty among students.

She believes in using every tool at her disposal, but deep down, wants to do things with her own power.

Although she seems cold and harsh at first, she cares about the people she leads and will not hesitate to fight for what she thinks is right.

Later, she opens up to others and shows a more gentle side, especially to Ryuuko Matoi and her friends.

Satsuki is the daughter of Ragyou Kiryuuin, who owns most of the world’s clothing industry.

Even though her mother is very powerful, Satsuki wants to beat her without relying on her mother’s power.

She was raised knowing the terrible truth about her family and the Life Fiber experiments.

She stopped smiling at a young age to become strong enough to fight her mother and avenge her lost sister, Ryuuko Matoi.

Her father, Isshin Matoi, told her everything when she was only five, and she made a promise to fight against Ragyou and the Life Fibers.

Satsuki is an amazing swordfighter and uses a special katana called “Bakuzan.”

Bakuzan is a white-sheathed sword with a black blade, able to cut Life Fibers.

She can create a powerful force just by swinging her sword, pushing people away.

She has great insight and can read others’ intentions quickly.

Though she gives others special battle uniforms, she usually fights relying only on Bakuzan.

When needed, she uses a special uniform called “Junketsu,” transforming her into a super-powerful fighter.

After Bakuzan is broken, she wields two swords made from the same material.

She also once hid a special toenail made from Bakuzan’s material to help her escape prison.

Her mother is Ragyou Kiryuuin, the main villain who controls both the school and a giant company called REVOCS.

Her younger sister is Ryuuko Matoi, though neither of them know this for most of the story.

She commands the Elite Four (Ira Gamagoori, Houka Inumuta, Nonon Jakuzure, Uzu Sanageyama), who are her loyal followers.

She trusts only a few close people, like her butler Sanzou Soroi.

She grows closer to Ryuuko Matoi and eventually calls her by her first name, even apologizing for using others as pawns.

Her name, Satsuki Kiryuuin, was inspired by old Japanese manga characters known for being rivals.

“Satsuki” includes the word for white light and a large field, matching her glowing, dramatic entrances.

She never relies on her mother’s connections, wanting to win with her own strength.

Her tough look and deep voice sometimes make people think she’s a boy at first.

When she finally cuts her long hair after the final battle, it shows her growth and the start of a normal life.

The Ruler of Honnouji Academy

Satsuki rules Honnouji Academy with strict authority and the help of her loyal Elite Four.

She keeps students and their families under control, mostly through the use of special "Goku Uniforms" powered by Life Fibers.

She says, "Humans are pigs in clothes," showing her tough view on society.

Satsuki wants to spread her school’s control and distribute Life Fiber uniforms all across Japan.

The Arrival of Ryuuko Matoi

A new student, Ryuuko Matoi, comes to the school seeking answers about her father’s death and a mysterious half-scissor blade.

Satsuki acts as though she knows secrets about Ryuuko’s family, pushing Ryuuko to keep fighting.

She promises to reveal everything if Ryuuko beats all the club leaders.

The True Goal

Although she acts harsh, Satsuki’s true goal is to defeat the Life Fibers and her mother, Ragyou Kiryuuin.

She trains the school to create strong fighters and seeks rebels who can stand against her mother.

Her plans, including violent school trips and battles, are all steps to find those strong enough to fight Ragyou.

The Big Betrayal

At the Great Culture and Sports Festival, Satsuki finally attacks her mother, stabbing her from behind.

She reveals her real target has always been defeating the Life Fibers and saving humanity.

But Ragyou survives thanks to Life Fiber powers, takes Satsuki’s special outfit "Junketsu," and throws her into prison.

Escape and New Battles

Satsuki breaks free using a hidden toenail made from Bakuzan.

She teams up with her Elite Four and fights against the life fiber monster, "COVERS."

She even temporarily wears "Senketsu," Ryuuko’s uniform, to try and save her mind-controlled sister.

Though the teamwork is hard, she uses herself as bait to help Ryuuko return to normal.

Apology and Reconciliation

Satsuki realizes she was acting like her mother by treating people only as tools.

She sincerely apologizes to Ryuuko and the others, leading to true teamwork and friendship.

She starts acting friendlier, using people’s first names, and enjoying ordinary moments.

Final Battle and New Start

Satsuki fights side by side with Ryuuko against Ragyou in a dramatic showdown.

She fuses "Junketsu" into "Senketsu" to give Ryuuko the power to win.

After the fight, Satsuki is the first to catch Ryuuko as she falls from space, showing her care as a sister.

After everything is over, Satsuki appears with her hair cut short, ready for a peaceful, normal life with her friends.
