Leader of the anti-monarchy organization "Phantom Wolf Army of Ruin". Their entire body resembles a white wolf. They hold a deep grudge against Leonhart, harboring hatred for him as "the man who took everything from me".

They attacked a ship of the Kingdom of Ozmalgo, which was heading to visit Volstovas, declared themselves the "Wolf King", and revealed that they were the mastermind behind the riots that occurred simultaneously in various regions within Ozmalgo. Furthermore, they are plotting to overthrow Leonhart, the current King of Ozmalgo, and usurp the throne. When Sariphi, who claimed to be the Queen's proxy, appeared in response to their declaration of "If you do not hand over the highest-ranking person on the ship, I will kill everyone," they initially thought it was a joke or bluff. However, after hearing the story of Grapnir, who had seen Sariphi and the others in Marsya, they changed their mind and took her away.
