Kiyoshi Baba is the second-in-command of the Ashikawa Group, and later becomes the leader.

Strong Personality and Misunderstandings

He often jumps to conclusions and does not listen to others, even when Yoshifumi Nitta tries to correct him.

For example, he believed wild stories about the hospital explosion or Tatsuhiko NAITOU's real child, refusing to hear the truth.

Friendship with Nitta and NAITOU

Kiyoshi Baba is close friends with Tatsuhiko NAITOU.

They respect each other and get along well, even after NAITOU returns from prison.

Fast Decisions and Quick Fixes

There is a scene where Kiyoshi Baba almost kills Yoshifumi Nitta because of Sabu's misunderstanding.

When he finds out it was a mistake, Kiyoshi Baba pushes responsibility away and strongly appoints Nitta as the new second-in-command.

Becoming the Group Leader

After the former leader retires, Kiyoshi Baba succeeds him as leader, thanks to Nitta’s help and support.

By volume 11, he is a middle-level member of the Oudo Group and the leader of the Ashikawa Group.

Up until volume 11, Kiyoshi Baba's real name is never mentioned in the story.
