He can travel freely between his old world and the real world.

Since his bird body is weak, he cannot use lots of big magic alone.

If he tries, his body can start to fall apart.

So, when he wants to use great magic, he needs Sasaki’s help through their magic link.

He also teaches Sasaki how to use magic.

Peeps and Sasaki have a close give-and-take relationship.

They formed a contract that connects them with a magic link.

Because of this, they can travel between worlds and help each other with magic.

Even though Peeps is a bird, he eats meat in the story—an anime episode even warns not to feed regular birds meat like this.
