Magical Pink

She is a young homeless girl who appears to be from a girls' anime, with her brightly colored hair and cute clothing, but she's overall quite scruffy. Having been mistaken for a supernatural ability user by the Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division, and resulting in a troublesome incident (details unknown) in which her family and friends were killed, she aims to kill all supernatural ability users, regardless of their affiliations. As for Sasaki, she has convinced herself that his ability is not supernatural, but rather, magic. He also plays along, which has led her to call him "Middle-aged Magician" and establish a relationship where dialogue is possible. Note that the white scarf around her neck is made from the fur of the fairy who turned her into a magical girl (whom she has killed). Her first name is "Sayoko," but her last name is unknown.
