Vocation: Alchemist

Master of one of the Seven Great Labyrinths, the Orcus Great Labyrinth. Bearer of "Creation Magic."

The protagonist of the side story "Zero." A young alchemist specializing in downtown crafts, working at the Orcus Workshop. He wears thin black-rimmed glasses and ties his long black hair back. He shows a remarkable obsession with the design of glasses and maid outfits. 18 years old (at the time of "Zero").

To avoid attracting the attention of the Holy Church, he usually hides his ability to use creation magic from everyone except a few people, and because he can only do the bare minimum at his job, he is called a "loser" in the workshop, where he is also known as an orphan. His skill is recognized by his boss and father figure, Garg D. Orcus, who knows about the existence of creation magic and sees his meticulous care. When he sets off on a journey with Miledi, he inherits the Orcus name from Garg. In battle, he manipulates his own artifacts endowed with various abilities through creation magic.

As an alchemist, his skills are extremely high; he grew to match the skills of first-class craftsmen within just one month of seeing "alchemy" for the first time in his childhood, and through further training, he has reached such an exceptional level that he dismisses techniques revered as secret arts by first-class craftsmen as mere tricks.

In the main story, he appears in the deepest part of the great labyrinth as a skeletal body. He left behind a magic circle that recorded his last will about the truth of the world. However, Hajime and Yue, who were not interested in it, carelessly buried his bones in the field (though something like a grave was made). However, having seen glimpses of his skills throughout the great labyrinth, Hajime respects him as a master in his heart as a fellow alchemist.

In the side story, when he meets Hajime across time, he instantly understands the functions of the half-otherworldly weapon Donner, and while coolly performing alchemy, he gives advice to Hajime, who was struggling with re-alchemizing artifacts, leading Hajime to call him "Master," to which he replied with a smile, "I don't remember taking on such an insolent disciple like you."
