A famous sword that has fought alongside the kingdom's greatest knights throughout history, and while being a sword, it deeply understands human values, culture, and lifestyles. Due to its serious and sensible nature, it spends its days throwing retorts in the surreal developments caused by the somewhat offbeat torturers and the foolish princess.

It has raced through many battlefields together, venerating the princess as a noble and valiant "knight" (though it rarely happens, when the princess shows her once stern face, it forgets its role of retorting and frolics), but on the other hand, it cannot hide its dismay at the princess's pathetic sides that become apparent through the daily "tortures."

Since it resonates with the user's magical power, it loses energy when the princess is unwell. Being a sword, it apparently feels good to have its blade maintained, and it sometimes becomes the subject of "torture."

It is said to play a role similar to the captions that appear for comedians who mess up on variety shows.
