EditThe chairman of the Kitamachi neighborhood association, who confessed to Ine when he was 18 years old but has since unilaterally viewed Shouzou as a rival after she chose Shouzou instead. He picks fights with Minamimachi (Shouzou) during events like the inter-neighborhood sports festival. He lost his wife, Misako, three years ago and still reminisces about her from time to time.
