Nene Alkastone

A communication technician in the same squad as Iska. She is 16 years old. Despite her cute appearance, she is skilled in weapon development and is known in the imperial capital as a top-notch mechanic. She admires Iska like a brother.

She is in charge of an experimental anti-astral weapon, the "Tetrabiblos Star" satellite, from the imperial weapons development bureau. She operates it with a mechanical ring fitted on her finger, which disrupts the movements of astral spirits by emitting wavelengths after an explosion, allowing her to launch anti-astral grenades and armor-piercing rounds, thus handling the squad’s firepower.

At the same time, she seems to be aware of Iska as the opposite sex and sometimes makes advances toward him. Thus, she shows caution towards Sisbell's approaches.
