Lilysa's name comes from "Lilith."
At first, the author planned for Lilysa to be more focused on tempting Okumura, but this role was switched to Mikari, leaving Lilysa with a simply cute name.
Lilysa can bring together all top cosplayers (the Cosplayer Four Emperors) at once, though she does not realize her own popularity and influence.
