A Shingen-ryu Kung Fu instructor and Hunter's secret exam examiner. An Enhancer. Zushi's master. He teaches Gon and Killua about "Nen" after they learn of its existence at the Heavens Arena. Usually laid-back, with messy hair from bedhead and his shirt always untucked, he is often scolded by his master Biscuit and his disciple Zushi. He is also the examiner for Gon's secret exam. Biscuit called him "rookie Wing," but although he was slow to learn Nen, he is considered well-suited for teaching it. He is a professional Hunter, as evidenced by his attendance at the Hunter Chairman Election.
