King of the Prodence Kingdom, also known as the "Fighting King."

Born in the Prodence Kingdom, 57 years old. Birthday is February 2nd. Height is 436 cm. Aquarius. Blood type F. Favorite food is fruit punch.

A man with a muscular physique, wearing a crown and a cape. Known as a natural-born weapon, he once punched a hole through an enemy fortress. He feels indebted to King Riku, who has saved his country from crises multiple times. Since King Riku's downfall, he laments the frequent wars that have occurred. Despite his flamboyant and bold nature, he loves peace and is loyal to his friends, which makes him beloved by his people.

Participated in the Corrida Colosseum tournament with Dagama. In Block B, he continued warming up while being guarded by Dagama and others. In the final phase, he unleashed the "King Punch," blowing strong competitors like Bellamy and Blue Gilly out of the ring. It seemed he had defeated all participants, but was ultimately defeated by Bartolomeo, who blocked his attack with his ability. After the "Birdcage" was activated, he joined Luffy's fight against Doflamingo out of gratitude to Usopp and King Riku. When Zoro defeated Pica, Elizabello II destroyed the falling giant stone remnants of Pica with a "King Punch," saving Usopp and King Riku. Later, he helped push back the "Birdcage," and after Doflamingo was defeated, he spread the news of King Riku's return to neighboring countries and encouraged the reluctant King Riku to return to his throne.

During the Reverie arc, he declined the navy's escort and headed to Mary Geoise with the Dressrosa group, receiving protection from the arriving units of Coby and Helmeppo along the way.

Elizabello II's "ultimate technique." It boasts tremendous power, said to be capable of taking down even one of the Four Emperors if it hits. However, it requires an hour of mental concentration and warming up to execute. A "Light Version King Punch" is also available, which requires less warm-up time and has reduced power.
