His conviction is strong and fierce; he constantly trains, thrives in adversity, and seeks stronger opponents in battle, risking his life.

He has a boss-like nature and is very loyal, ready to put himself on the line for his comrades. While he supports Captain Luffy from the shadows, he can also adopt a stern demeanor when necessary, making him a pillar of the crew!
