Qin Shi Huang, who put an end to the longest period of war in Chinese history, the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, and achieved the first unification of vast China, approached the status of the supreme heavenly emperor for the first time in human history. He called himself "Qin Shi Huang" and appeared in the prequel of "Record of Ragnarok: The Legend of Lü Bu Fengxian" Volume 3. He is respected by successive Chinese emperors as the person who laid the foundations of China.
He refers to himself as "I" and takes a haughty attitude regardless of whether he is speaking to a god. He covers his eyes with cloth, and despite being blind, he moves without hindrance. The reason he covers his eyes is due to his unique condition of mirror-touch synesthesia, where seeing someone else's injuries or wounds causes him to experience the same, and even hatred directed at him manifests as physical pain, which he prevents by wearing a blindfold. During his lifetime, he endured unimaginable pain and passed through many deadly battles, which allowed him to develop the ability to see "stars," vital points in the flow of energy. He single-handedly defeated the demon Chi You, who once ruled over China, and mastered the ultimate martial art of "Chi You" during their battle.
As a king, he held the belief that a true king should lead his people without wavering, bending, or relying on others. Hades once remarked that he reminded him of his brother Poseidon.
His divine weapon, the "Shinra Armor Sleeve," was forged by Alvítr, and during his battle with Hades, it transformed into "Shinra Armor Sleeve Kai: Qin Shi Huang Sword" in response to Qin Shi Huang's determination.
Born in Zhao, he was abandoned by his parents and country at the age of two, treated as a hostage, and lived through the hatred of the soldiers who surrendered during the Battle of Changping. He masked his emotions and always wore a forced smile to alleviate the pain of the hatred burning his body, which he considered a punishment or curse. However, his life changed when he started living with Chunyan, his new caretaker and bodyguard. Influenced by Chunyan's words, he began to express his emotions and covered his eyes with a cloth given by Chunyan, leading to a happier life. Two years later, he became the crown prince and was allowed to return to Qin. However, during his return, he was attacked by those seeking revenge. Chunyan, who was severely injured while protecting him, revealed that her son had been buried alive at Changping, and with her last words, she inspired Qin Shi Huang to become the greatest king.
After the sixth match, Qin Shi Huang left his waiting room and, unable to find it, ended up in the gods' VIP room where Ares and Hermes were. He casually relaxed there, threw Ares with one hand when he tried to guide him to the human spectators' seats, and demanded a drink from Hermes, maintaining his haughty demeanor. He eagerly awaited his turn to fight, and upon learning from Brunhilde that he was the human representative for the seventh match, he joyfully made his entrance not through the human entrance but directly from the gods' VIP room, walking the path created by the successive Chinese emperors in the arena.
In his battle with Hades, he lost his left arm and was gravely injured but continued to fight, driven by his kingly pride to protect humanity and his unwavering belief. After a fierce battle, he defeated Hades. Alvítr remarked it was a miracle he was alive, to which he responded to trust in him, before losing consciousness and receiving treatment. Hades praised him as worthy of the title of king, and even Kojiro, who witnessed his fight, stated that there might be no one else in history more deserving of the title of king.
