Kobachi Osaragi

A first-year student in Class 1-B of the high school division. A member of the Public Morals Committee. Born on June 6th. Blood type B. Raised in a single-parent household. She wears opaque glasses, making her facial features unclear to readers, but both Miko and Onodera describe her as extremely beautiful.

Both of her parents are celebrities, and she herself was active as a child actress. However, her parents' infidelity scandal and the jealousy and envy from those around her became burdensome, making her uncomfortable in public.

She has been Miko's best friend since elementary school and knows her personality and how to handle her very well. She also closely observes Ishigami and was skeptical of the rumors about him. She had seen Ishigami supporting Miko, and when Miko got angry at Ishigami for condescendingly advising her while being supported by other Public Morals Committee members and teachers, she thought to herself, "It's mutual, though."

She helped Miko with her student council election campaign and was invited to join the student council along with Miko but declined.

She had feelings for Ishigami but decided to step back, thinking he was a better match for Miko. However, when Miko couldn't support Ishigami during his tough times, she couldn't bring herself to support their relationship. She prayed for Ishigami's happiness and hoped for progress with his crush, Tsubame. This unresolved issue led to a fight with Miko, but they reconciled, and she eventually came to accept the progress in Ishigami and Miko's relationship.
