Fuji Touya is a 16-year-old male student in Class 2-3 at Hyakki Academy. He is a youkai snow woman (male) who loves cross-dressing and is often seen wearing a sailor suit with beautiful makeup. His striking looks often fool people into thinking he is a girl, but he insists on being treated as a guy, always using “ore” as his pronoun and getting upset if someone calls him a girl or treats him like one. Fuji has a tough attitude and often speaks sharply, but he’s smart, reliable, and deeply cares about his friends, which makes him a very popular character. He keeps his personal life open, refuses to have a true love, and enjoys both his girl and boy sides in a unique way that fascinates others.
Usually, Fuji Touya wears a sailor suit and does his makeup to look perfectly like a girl.
When not cross-dressing, he has long, messy black hair with two cowlicks and the look of a handsome prince.
At school events, like the culture festival, his good looks have made him chosen for roles such as the prince.
His cross-dressing is so good that people who do not know him often think he is actually a girl.
His usual long hair is actually hair extensions.
Fuji Touya is manly and direct, using "ore" as his pronoun.
He doesn’t like to be called a girl or treated like one.
He acts cool and sometimes harsh, but he is kind and very thoughtful toward friends.
He has a bit of a “gal” personality and gets along well with girls, especially those who are trendy or flashy.
About 90% of his friends are girls, most of them of the gal type.
He is calm during tough times and good at making smart decisions.
Even though he sleeps in class a lot, he gets good grades.
He doesn’t want to have a “true love” and likes his freedom.
He also likes to mess with people by acting extra girly to see their reactions.
Fuji started cross-dressing in middle school.
Back then, his female classmates would use him as a model for their makeup and hairstyling practice.
He enjoyed it, and his first cross-dressing look was a short-haired version, which was popular among the girls.
Afterward, he started using hair extensions to get the long hair he wears now.
Fuji is also close with Rintarou Miki, his class’s youkai studies teacher, who often tries to get him to wear a sailor suit.
He gets along well with other teachers and is considered fun to be around, even if some adults aren’t sure how to deal with him.
He knows Kogoso Suguru’s secret identity as SAGURU, and they become good friends in later stories.
Fuji Touya is a youkai snow woman (male).
He can freeze targets by blowing cold breath on them.
He is weak to heat and can melt into water if the temperature gets too high or if he exercises too much.
He can return to normal by staying in a cool place.
Even in winter, his room is air-conditioned and uses fans all the time.
In school events, he uses his freezing breath to protect himself and friends.
Fuji Touya is a leader among his classmates and has many girl friends, especially from the gal group.
He is the only student who knows Kogoso Suguru’s true identity as SAGURU.
He is active in group events with classmates like Haruaki Abe, Mikoto Sano, Tamao Akisame, and Hijita Koutarou.
He respects and is influenced by instructor Rintarou Miki, who taught him about feminine gestures and sometimes tries to drag him into more cross-dressing activities.
With Kogoso Suguru especially, he has a unique bond, having helped him with his worries about his image.
During the sports festival, Fuji took part in the borrowing race, cavalry battle, and obstacle relay, standing out in a sailor suit and giving a double peace sign in the winner’s group photo.
He can imitate a female voice perfectly, fooling strangers when needed, but only acts this way when it’s convenient.
In the field trip to Tokyo, he pretended to be dating Kogoso Suguru to get out of a tight spot by talking in a girly voice.
He prefers to keep things casual and doesn’t aim for a serious romance with anyone.
At the beach, he showed up as himself, not in costume, since it was impossible to cross-dress in swimwear.
His body will start to melt if he gets too hot or runs too much.
He often helps cheer up other boys if their attempts to talk to girls fail.
"Stay put there until morning."
"Yukio (yeti) is not a youkai, it’s a UMA, like a gorilla."
"I’ll help, too!"
