Kobeni Higashiyama

A petite 20-year-old woman who is a newcomer and colleague of Denji. She was partnered with another newcomer, Arai, but after his death, she was paired with the Violence Fiend. According to Himeno, she is "shy but quite capable." The devil she has a contract with is a secret. She wanted to go to college, but reluctantly became a Devil Hunter to send her talented brother to university. She comes from a troubled family environment with nine siblings and so-called toxic parents who exploit her. Although timid and mentally fragile, she possesses extraordinary physical abilities and is highly skilled in combat against humans.

She saved up her salary to buy a car (a Fiat 500, nicknamed the Kobeni Car), but it was used by Power to run over the eldest son of an American assassin, and it was destroyed in the ensuing battle. Later, she was sent to hell along with Denji and others but survived thanks to the protection of the Violence Fiend, and eventually resigned from Public Safety.

After resigning, she worked at a hamburger chain called "Family Burger," but suffered from power harassment by the manager and staff, which led her to cry out for help, summoning Chainsaw Man. She was dragged along with Chainsaw Man to fulfill Denji's dream of "going on a date with a girl," and got caught up in the battle between Makima and Chainsaw Man. Afterwards, she was sheltered by Kishibe along with the restored Denji, feeling relieved to be away from her parents despite being terrified of the life-threatening situation.
