Raffles III

The current emperor of the Tokyo Empire. He summons the commanders of the special fire brigades and orders them to subdue the Adolla Burst sect as traitors.

He was unaware of the connection with the Adolla Burst sect, including the circumstances of the founding of the Holy Sol Temple, but after witnessing the power of the Adolla Burst, he acknowledges that the sect are true believers and reluctantly submits to them.
