As the public relations representative of the Others Suppression Force, Arashi Spring always acts cheerful in front of the camera, but in reality, she is lazy and unmotivated. Because of this, when the cameras are gone, she becomes lethargic, and is sometimes called "Lazy Arashi." She is the older sister of Fubuki Spring.
Her Psionic ability is Hypervelocity, which allows her to make swift preemptive attacks against enemies. She can catch up to fast-moving foes and attack opponents just as they enter defensive stances. She is also capable of delivering multiple attacks to downed enemies. While her Psionic ability is activated, everything around her appears to move in slow motion, enabling her to easily anticipate enemy attacks. When using SAS, objects manipulated by telekinesis are also accelerated, making her ability extremely versatile; however, the downside is that her SAS Gauge depletes faster than others. Her weapon is a chainsaw, which she handles effortlessly even at high speeds.
In addition to her impressive combat skills, she is also highly skilled as an engineer.
