Hocker

Hocker is a character from the manga "ONE PIECE." He is a deceased individual.

Hocker was formerly the manager of the "PET FOOD" pet food shop located in Orange Town and was a close friend of Boodle, the mayor of the town. His birthday was May 17. Around twelve years ago, he opened the shop and managed it together with his beloved dog, Chouchou. However, three months before Luffy D. Monkey arrived in Orange Town, Hocker passed away suddenly due to illness. Although Chouchou was not directly told about Hocker's death, he seemed to have vaguely sensed the truth already.
