The vampire hunter who stole both arms of Kiss-Shot. Appears in "Koyomi Vamp" and "As a Human."

A high-ranking clergyman who denies the existence of apparitions. He dresses like a priest and always speaks politely, but he considers himself equal to God, which makes him insincerely polite. He has a strong sense of mission and does not hesitate to use despicable methods such as taking hostages. His catchphrase is "God, that is, I am saying this." He does not carry a specific weapon, but is considered the strongest among the three vampire hunters.

He hired Dramaturgy and Episode to attack Kiss-Shot. In their third duel, he challenged Koyomi as a "God" and after being defeated, he withdrew once in accordance with a contract with Meme. He understood that Kiss-Shot, being a suicidal person, would self-destruct if left alone, but he judged that Koyomi, who had spared his life, could not kill Kiss-Shot and return to being human. Thus, he appeared before Kiss-Shot as a "human" to make Koyomi decide to kill her, challenging her and becoming her food, which triggered the separation between Kiss-Shot and Koyomi.
