He is a vampire hunter who targets Kiss-Shot and is known for having taken her arms. He also appears in "Koyomi Vamp" and "As a Human." He is the archbishop of a religious group that denies the existence of aberrations, and he wears attire similar to that of a priest. He always uses polite language, but he equates himself with God, making his demeanor arrogantly courteous. He possesses a strong sense of mission and will resort to underhanded tactics such as taking hostages to achieve his objectives. His catchphrase is, "God, that is to say, I, so declare." Although he does not carry any specific weapons, he is considered the strongest among the vampire hunters.
He hired Dramaturgy and Episode and launched an assault on Kiss-Shot. In the third duel, he confronts Koyomi Araragi as "God" but is defeated. Afterward, according to his contract with Meme Oshino, he withdraws for a time. Although he realized that Kiss-Shot was on the path to self-destruction, when Koyomi Araragi spared his life, he concluded that Koyomi Araragi could not kill Kiss-Shot and return to being human. As a result, he appears before Kiss-Shot as a "human," challenges her, and offers himself as a meal, thereby attempting to force Koyomi Araragi into choosing to kill Kiss-Shot. This serves as the catalyst for the temporary separation between Kiss-Shot and Koyomi Araragi.
