A vampire hunter who stole Kiss-Shot’s right leg appears in the story. He also shows up in episodes such as “Koyomi Vamp” and “Tsubasa Sleeping.” He is a vampire with 53 brethren, and he is particularly active in hunting down unusual or special vampires. His body is burly and enormous, with long hair tied back by a headband. According to Kiss-Shot, he is more reasonable compared to Guillotine Cutter. He uses his vampire transformation abilities to turn both his arms into swords called Flamberge during combat. However, among vampires, his recuperative abilities are considered to be weak.
He views Koyomi Araragi as a very powerful vampire hunter and tries to recruit him, while also showing concern for Koyomi as a former human who became a vampire. Through the mediation of Meme Oshino, he engages in a duel with Koyomi Araragi, wagering Kiss-Shot’s right leg. He pushes Koyomi to the brink with his skill, but after Koyomi adapts to the abilities granted by Kiss-Shot, he gives up on victory and surrenders.
Later, he encounters Tsubasa Hanekawa, who is wandering in Germany, and they travel together for a period. Even after Koyomi graduates from high school, he continues his journey of hunting oddities with Tsubasa Hanekawa, and when they visit Japan again, he tries once more to recruit Koyomi. His manner of speaking is influenced by Black Hanekawa.
