Teru Anamitsu

A thoroughly laid-back female honey badger character who makes her first appearance in episode 22. Due to the unique traits of honey badgers, she possesses extraordinary defensive abilities, boasting an ironclad defense that leaves her completely unharmed even by Wolf Kuromori’s all-out attacks. Because of this, she is extremely insensitive in a physical sense and, when she was young, was subject to rough teasing by the surrounding wild beasts, yet she never even noticed and thought, “Nobody pays any attention to me.” After enrolling in the academy, she was being bothered by delinquent brown bears (none of which she realized), when she was coincidentally rescued by Ferrill Ōkami and the others. Deeply moved by the feeling that “someone has finally paid attention to me,” she becomes determined to join Ferrill’s pack, longing to become a wolf herself. However, due to her airheaded and oblivious personality, she unintentionally harms Ranka Ōkami, which infuriates Ferrill. Even after being struck by Ferrill, she only suffers minor injuries. At that moment, she finds joy in experiencing “pain” for the first time. From then on, thanks to Ferrill’s extreme devotion to his sister and Ranka’s misunderstanding, she is officially allowed to join the pack. Despite being female, she holds the belief that there is no need for any little sisters other than Ranka, and when acting as a member of Ferrill’s group, she wears the same school uniform as the male members.
