Takina Inoue

One of the protagonists of the series. A girl with long black hair. When working at Café LycoReco, she changes her hairstyle to twin tails tied at the sides. She is 16 years old, with a birthday on August 2nd, and her blood type is A. She is 160 cm tall. Before the story begins, she was transferred from Kyoto to Tokyo and was active as an excellent second Lycoris, using her precise shooting as a weapon. However, she was held accountable for disobeying orders at the beginning of episode 1 and was reassigned to Café LycoReco. At Café LycoReco, she is in charge of floor duties.

She has a rational personality that dislikes waste. She is lacking in emotional expression and speaks in a calm and collected manner. If she deems it rational, she acts without choosing means, showing a lack of common sense. Additionally, she is indifferent to fashion, and until she met Chisato, she only owned training wear and the Lycoris uniform. She even favored wearing men's trunks, considering them "functional," showing her lack of general common sense. She was not satisfied with her transfer to Café LycoReco and considered the Lycoris dormitory at DA headquarters her place. Initially, she wanted to achieve results at Café LycoReco and return to DA, but after learning from Chisato to "do what she wants" as a girl, she no longer clung to DA and gradually integrated as a member of Café LycoReco.

She continues to use the handgun she used during her time at DA headquarters. While other Lycoris use the same type of handgun, Takina uses a different one. Unlike the handguns of Chisato and the other Lycoris, Takina's handgun uses 9mm Parabellum rounds.

Under Chisato's influence, she began to "value life" even for adversaries, but in gunfights, she uses live ammunition, aiming at "non-lethal areas" at best. When Yoshimatsu held Chisato's life in his hands, she showed her intent to kill him. After the final battle with Majima, she narrowly saved Chisato from falling to her death from Enkoki. After Chisato's artificial heart replacement surgery, she captured Chisato, who had escaped from Lycoris headquarters, and traveled to Hawaii as a member of Café LycoReco.
