A nuclear scientist from the Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST), dispatched alongside the FBI by the American government. In reality, she is on loan from the Intelligence Support Activity (ISA). She is characterized by her white hair and appears from episode 5. She prioritizes confronting Nine and Twelve above all else, even at the cost of civilian casualties, and is admonished by Clarence to exercise more restraint. In her childhood, she was housed in a facility that gathered exceptional orphans for the Athena Project, alongside Nine and Twelve. She was the only surviving test subject when the Athena Project was canceled, and was taken in by an American agency afterward. Her mission was to seize a small nuclear bomb secretly developed by the Japanese government, but her excessive autonomy and worsening health led to her being deemed unnecessary and dismissed by Clarence. After shooting Clarence, she rushed to Nine, expressing that her hope for living was the confrontation with him, and left the message "Live for me too" before taking her own life to protect Nine from pursuers.
