Flail

A member of the Ashen Flame Knights. Although he is a firefighter affiliated with Special Fire Force Company 3, he was actually a spy infiltrated into Company 3. He knew Akitaru Oubi from his firefighting days three years ago. He possesses the ability to manipulate flames shaped like spiked iron balls.

During a battle in the Nether, he fought against Maki Oze, but after a remark made by Flail, she became furious and defeated him. His whereabouts after that are unknown.
