Jouko is a team member from Continuation High School in Girls und Panzer das Finale. She is known as the "White Witch" because of her impressive sniping skills. Jouko acts as both the gunner and leader for the Sturmgeschütz III Ausf. G tank. Despite being only a first-year student, she has already shown strong abilities in long-range attacks during important matches, such as hitting Alisa's flag tank from a mountaintop and defeating the Ankou Team from one kilometer away. She is quiet, very serious, and has high standards for herself, especially when it comes to sniping. However, she has a hard time shooting while moving. Jouko's unique look and special skills make her a memorable character.
Jouko has pale white skin and white hair, which match her nickname, "White Witch."
She usually wears a cap and, during matches, covers herself with a white coat.
Jouko is quiet and serious.
She can be a little stubborn and sometimes has trouble being flexible.
She likes to stick to what she believes is the best way to do things, especially with sniping.
Mika says Jouko is a bit rigid because of her strong focus on details.
When using maps, she tends to turn them around, showing that reading maps isn't her strong point.

She did not become famous before because her team lost early in the national tournament, so her big moment didn’t come until later.
She appears in Girls und Panzer das Finale – Part 3 and becomes more important in Part 4.

Jouko is an amazing sniper and one of the best at long-range attacks in the story.

She can hit targets from very far away, surprising even characters known for their own shooting skills, like Naomi.
Jouko is not only skilled with a tank—she also shows great aim when not in battle.

"Magic" and the Match Against Saunders
Jouko debuts in Girls und Panzer das Finale – Part 3 during the second match of the "Infinite Track Cup" against Saunders University High School.
When things look worst and only Mika’s flag tank is left, Jouko uses her sniping skills to hit Alisa's flag tank from the top of a mountain.
This amazing shot is so surprising that even Naomi, a top sniper herself, is shocked and gets competitive.
Surprising the Ankou Team
In the semifinals against Ooarai Girls’ Academy, Jouko waits around one kilometer away in the mountains, watching for her chance.
She manages to take out the powerful Ankou Team early in the match, which is a huge upset.
However, her real target was the Arisu Team flag tank, like in the Saunders match.
Mako Reizei senses something just in time and manages to cover for the flag tank.
Jouko does not look happy about missing her main target, especially since her location is now exposed.
The Usagi Team saw what happened in the last match, so her "trick" doesn’t work as well this time.
Even though she took out a strong team, Jouko and Continuation missed their best chance to win.
The Battle in Part 4
Later, Ooarai Girls’ Academy blocks a dam to buy time and then opens it up to escape.
Jouko notices this move and manages to take out the Hetzer tank, which the Kame Team stayed behind to protect everyone else.
She tries to move her sniping spot to keep chasing.
After the teams split up, Jouko aims for the Commander, seeing that Ankou Team and Kame Team pass command to Usagi Team, hoping to break their defense.
Before she can act, the Kamo Team and Hippo Team rush in, and the Arisu Team’s flag tank is shielded by Yuki in the KV-1, saving them.
Now Jouko and her team become the ones being chased.
The Kamo Team figures out that Jouko is bad at shooting while moving, so their attack gets harder.
Jouko stops her tank for one last shot at the Arisu Team, but the Kamo Team and Hippo Team work together to block her again.
Later, she chases them into a group of small buildings.
Yuki tries to hold her off, while Jouko sees this as her "last chance."
But the Hippo Team uses a fake building as a trick, surprising Jouko and defeating her.
From that point, Continuation loses their sniper advantage, but the match continues with both sides trying tricky moves.
After the match, Jouko is seen relaxing in the sauna with members from Ooarai Girls’ Academy.
Jouko can even win snowball fights without getting hit, easily outsmarting her friends Aki and Mikko.
