Caesar Clown

A former scientist of the Navy Science Unit with a bounty of 300 million berries. Originating from the "Grand Line," he is 55 years old, born on April 9th (from the "Shi" of "Shi" and "Ku" of "Ku"). He stands 309 cm tall, is an Aries, and has blood type X. His favorite foods are glucose and gazpacho.

He is a man who wears a lab coat with "GAS" written on both sides and sports two sheep horns on his head. He wears black gloves engraved with his initials "CC." A mad scientist who is a leading figure in the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction, he coldly uses his subordinates and kidnapped children as experimental subjects. However, he pretends to be sincere and compassionate in front of them. Since being captured by Luffy and others, he has refrained from heinous acts as Law holds his extracted heart, leading to an increase in his comical side. He is the only person in the world who can produce "SAD" and is in a cooperative relationship with Doflamingo, who manufactures the artificial Devil Fruit "SMILE." He has received a request from Emperor Big Mom to research human gigantification, but the research has not been successful, and he has been swindling research funds under the protection of Doflamingo. His subordinates call him "Master (M)," and his laugh is "Shurorororo."

He possesses the powers of the Logia-type "Gas-Gas Fruit," which allows him to transform his body into gas and emit flammable and poisonous gases. He can manipulate the air within a certain range to deprive opponents of oxygen, causing them to suffocate. He can also fly using the power of gas. When he first appeared, his entire body was in a gaseous state.

He was formerly a member of "MADS," where he conducted inhumane research. After the disbandment of "MADS," he continued to work as a colleague of Dr. Vegapunk and was the No. 2 of the Navy Science Unit, but his ruthless nature always put him at odds with Vegapunk. Four years ago, he went berserk when Vegapunk expelled him from the science team, causing a chemical weapon explosion accident at Punk Hazard. He was captured by the government but escaped from a prison ship and returned to the island a year later, giving legs to paralyzed prisoners and making them his subordinates. He kidnapped children from around the New World to use as experimental subjects for human gigantification, giving them candy containing the stimulant "NHC10" daily to make them drug-dependent. A few months ago, he allowed Law, who was staying on the island, to give animal legs to his subordinates using his abilities.

In the Punk Hazard arc, he broadcasted to brokers from all over the New World, using the Straw Hat crew and the Navy G-5 as experimental subjects for the public experiment of the poison gas "Shinokuni." When Luffy and his crew invaded the laboratory, he released Shinokuni inside to eliminate them. He confronted Luffy while clad in Shinokuni, but Luffy's anger at his disregard for his subordinates led to him being blown away by a powerful blow outside the laboratory. He attempted to escape with the arrival of Buffalo and Baby 5 but was captured by Usopp using a seastone cuff. Later, he was taken to Green Bit by Law's group for a deal with Doflamingo. However, when it was revealed that the news of Doflamingo's resignation from the Seven Warlords was false, Law handed him over to Nami and others again, and he ended up heading to "Zou" due to the appearance of a pirate ship from the Big Mom Pirates targeting him.

In the Zou arc, threatened by Sanji and others, he reluctantly neutralized the poison gas "KORO" that he had developed and filled the country with, and later reluctantly assisted in the rescue activities of the Mink Tribe. Two days before Luffy and his crew landed on Zou, he was taken to Whole Cake Island by Bege, sent by Big Mom.

In the Whole Cake Island arc, Big Mom and Perospero pressured him to complete the "Giant Drug." Later, he was released by Bege, who took over the surveillance, but since Bege held his heart, he reluctantly cooperated in the plan to assassinate Big Mom, eventually teaming up with Luffy and others. On the day of the wedding, his developed poison gas bomb "KX Launcher" was destroyed by Big Mom's roar, causing the plan to fail, but with the support of Germa and the collapse of Whole Cake Castle, he successfully escaped from the venue. Bege then returned his heart, and he parted ways with Luffy and his crew.

Later, he was hiding inside the castle but was encountered by Germa in the cover story series "Germa 66's Ahh, an Emotionless Sea Voyage," and escaped with them. In the Germa Kingdom, he came to a head with Judge but reconciled due to their shared rivalry against Vegapunk, forming the new "NEO MADS."

Gas Robe - Wraps the opponent's body with poisonous gas.

Gas Castanet - Uses a castanet-like tool to ignite his own gas, causing an explosion. Involving his pet Smiley leads to an even larger explosion.

Combustion Miock GAS - Ignites gas with a match, burning the surroundings.

Karakuni (Empty World) - Removes oxygen from the air within a certain range, suffocating the opponent.

Blue Sword - Produces a blade of blue flame from a handle held in hand, cutting and igniting the surroundings simultaneously.

Gastille - Emits a massive flame from his mouth like a gas burner, capable of melting iron.

RO-KO - Releases a neutralizing gas for the poison gas "KORO" from both hands formed in a circle.

Hallucinogenic Gas - Releases gas that causes hallucinations in those who inhale it.
