Seiji Hotokeyama

Detective at Koizumi Police. Kyoichiro's classmate in junior high school and was the head of the disciplinary committee. Though expressionless, he becomes flustered and his lies get sloppy when caught off guard. He has an injured right eye and harbors deep hatred for those who can't be judged by law. Using information received from Kyoichiro, he shook things up and interrogated Taiyo as a test.
