She is a third-year student who serves as the gunner. She is characterized by her blonde hair and a large black ribbon, and like Darjeeling, she enjoys making jokes. She does not appear much in the main anime, so her lines are few, but her role is revealed in the drama CD "This Time, It's a Drama CD!" In the drama CD, it is depicted that she is forgotten by the Anglerfish Team, and at first, Hana Isuzu mistakenly calls her "Ceylon."
