Tenmaya

A mysterious illusionist who runs the ramen shop "Tenmaya" in a hut above the Teramachi Street arcade. He possesses the skill to defeat Yasaburō in a transformation contest. He was actually a former subordinate of Jurōjin and was cast into the hell within the hell painting due to Jurōjin's displeasure, but was released when the painter Ayameike added a Buddha to the painting. He admires Benten, but she despises him. Later, he ingratiates himself with Jurōjin to regain his position as a subordinate and conspires with Sōun, who had transformed into Goeichirō, but is once again cast into hell along with Sōun by Benten.
