Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott

Managing Director at DEM Corporation. He is the de facto leader of DEM, influential among the upper echelons of various countries. Known affectionately as "Ike" by Ellen and Woodman, he appears to be a man in his 30s, but his appearance has not changed for decades, suggesting he is much older than he looks. This is due to the Metabolic Manipulation Device, which can maintain a youthful appearance depending on how it is used. However, he himself has not undergone surgery, so he cannot directly handle the device.

He plans harm and murder without any ethical concerns, a cold and alien figure who appreciates those who challenge him, like Murdoch and Edgar, as proponents of meritocracy. To those who confront him, he seems not to be human at all, but a completely different kind of being, only in human form.
