A small man in contrast to his large younger brother. He is self-conscious about his stature and gets furious when called "shorty." Along with Bobby, he is part of a well-known assassin duo in the underworld, capable of taking down pirates worth over a hundred million. He has a violent nature and is confident in his fighting skills, but his combat ability is not very high due to his physique.

User of the superhuman-type Devil Fruit "Jake Jake no Mi." As a "Jacket Human," he can control anyone who wears him in his jacket form, whether animal or monster. By taking over Bobby's robust body with this ability, he can maximize his fighting sense and ferocity.
