The village chief of Foosha Village. His birthday is February 28th.

He is a serious and sensible person who considers pirates as "evil," and he does not approve of Luffy becoming a pirate. He was strict with Luffy, but deep down, he is worried about him. He has known Garp and Dadan for a long time and seems to have been aware of Luffy's family relations from the beginning.
