Sojun is tall and slightly tan with a toned build. He has brown komainu ears and slicked back, curly blonde hair that reaches his mid-back and a matching tail that reaches his ankles. His eyebrows curl at the ends and he has green eyes with a beauty mark under the left. He wears green dangling earrings on both his human ears. On his upper left arm, he has a tattoo of his emblem.
His typical attire consists of a fitted white tokko-fuku with a slit at the back for his tail. There are wide silver panels on the front left and back-right of his coat. It has teal lining and trim along the hems and his emblem is present on the upper arm of both his sleeves. There are four small, silver straps with teal buttons on both arms and three larger straps that wrap around to the back from the left-front of the jacket to his right shoulder.
Underneath his coat, he wears a black sleeveless turtleneck with openings on sides. At the center of the collar is a circular teal design. He wears a pair of black pants that taper at the calves. For footwear, he wears black slip-on shoes with teal soles that have the same teal circular design as his shirt.
Despite his looks, Sojun very much lives up to his title as the school's Damn Contemptible King. He's very prideful and self-centered; he tends to put himself first over others. He hates losing and considers Joe to be the strongest in the band, so he especially picks fights with him. He enjoys taunting and teasing his bandmates, especially Hachin whom he refers to as "Hachiko." Since winning is everything to him, Sojun doesn't care how he wins as long as he wins and by any necessary means. He is shown to be quite greedy and likes to find ways to make money.
Underneath it all, Sojun is shown to be reliable and usually there when his bandmates need him. He also cares deeply for his brother and even wants him to grow stronger than him. He's the only person Sojun hopes would surpass him one day.
• Sojun's street name is Hell's Guardian Dog and he is known as the school's Damn Contemptible King.
