Kusunoki

The commander of DA and the overseer of all Lycoris. A middle-aged woman with short red hair. She has a mutual trust relationship with Mika. Despite her high abilities, she often makes sarcastic remarks to Chisato, who does not try to fulfill the Lycoris mission, and their relationship is strained due to Chisato's rebellious attitude. On the other hand, she is often shown to be concerned about Chisato, such as explaining Chisato's abilities to her assistant and showing a pained expression when receiving orders from the higher-ups to mobilize Chisato. Chisato also referred to Kusunoki as "my fan."
