Betsy Beltoise

Vice President of the Student Council of the French School. Known by the alias "Injured Razor," he is a master of verbal attacks ("verbal assaults"). He was sent by the principal to test the qualities of Miyuki Shirogane as a student council president at Shuchiin Academy. However, because Miyuki did not understand French, the verbal assaults had no effect, and he ended up being intimidated by Kaguya to the point of breaching publishing codes (broadcasting codes in the anime).

After advancing to the next grade, he reappeared as the student council president. His Japanese has improved, but his fear of Kaguya has not dissipated. He respects the principal and informed Miyuki that the principal was testing him.
