Zamdo

He is the boss of the Blackbird Merchant Group. He got interest in Monica Bolst's Super Refinement skill in order to use it for his weapong selling affairs, forcing her father to constant forging requests in order to expare her. He maintains a weapon trading business with the Holy Sister, she also ask him to take care of Light Underwood.

After his minions fails to kidnap Monica, Zamdo breaks into the workshop and battles Light. Despite overwhelm the boy, he cause his own fall by forcing him to eat a Skill Fruit, wich end up giving Light the skill he needed to defeat him thanks to the sword Monica forged.

Thunder Charge (召雷, Shourai): Enables him to gather lightning around himself and launch it. Additionally, he can use the gathered lightning in several other ways, such as creating protective barriers, forging weapons and creating beasts to fight on his behalf.
