Fukase

Among the delinquent group of third-year students, there is one individual who is especially feared. There is no end to the rumors surrounding him, such as "he has repeated grades," "he is over thirty years old," and "he has been divorced twice," but his real age and true background remain shrouded in mystery. He rarely shows up at school, but when he does, he enjoys targeting the school’s popular students and playing a "game" to take away their social standing. He maintains a calm demeanor, skillfully exploits others' weaknesses, and excels at manipulating people with words. He is cold and cunning, and makes it a point never to dirty his own hands.

In the latter half of the story, he starts coming to school more frequently in order to defeat Sakamoto. However, after being forcibly made to participate in a graduation ceremony by Sakamoto, Shou Hayabusa, and other delinquents, he never appears at school again. Afterwards, he is seen near the sea carrying a surfboard.
