He is the platoon leader of the Thirteenth Squad at the Meguro Branch. He has a background as a former subordinate of Fujiwara, a lecturer at the Onmyo Academy. He is known for being an anti-Onmyo Academy hardliner, with a strict personality emphasizing discipline and correctness. His abilities are top-class, and in a mock battle with the developing Harutora Tsuchimikado, he proved his strength through a true test of skill.

In reality, he is a contemporary of Yoshitaka Makihara from the Sixteenth Division of Twin-Horns, and, though not a member himself, he secretly aided the Twin-Horns group. During the operation to eliminate the Twin-Horns, he approached Natsume Tsuchimikado, who was aiming for the reincarnation of Yakou Tsuchimikado, feeling a sense of resignation about his circumstances. To both her and Harutora Tsuchimikado, he made a confession that represented the feelings of his former comrades from Twin-Horns.

He was also entrusted with a tool capable of causing a spiritual disaster by the Sixteenth Division, but ultimately did not use it. After his conversation with Natsume Tsuchimikado, he was abruptly killed in an instant by Shaver, who had lost patience.
