She was once destroyed by Shin and reinstalled (Ver. II). During this process, her program (or the accumulated data that could be called "experience" or "memory") was reset, making her almost emotionless and insensitive, losing her previously gentle demeanor. However, it seems that her knowledge about weather remains intact.
