A Quincy with a bald head, a rich beard, dark skin, and noticeable body hair such as nose and armpit hair, wearing sunglasses. He rides on a floating coiled rope and possesses a staff named "Beshanul" decorated with a Quincy cross in its eyes.

Selfish in nature. He refers to himself as "Me" and speaks in a flamboyant manner, often laughing with a "Geh geh geh." During the first invasion, he manipulated Rin Tsubokura and the members of the Technology Development Bureau (and according to him, their Zanpakuto) to fight each other. It's unclear whether his simultaneous attack with Jiji, who controlled Gigidanbo, was coordinated or coincidental. After retreating, he did not stop the clash between Haschwalth and Bazz-B but instead watched secretly for amusement.

In the second invasion, he watched the fight between Kenpachi and Gremmy alongside Nakk Le Vaar. While mocking Gremmy as a "monster," PePe was also called a "monster" by Nakk Le Vaar, hinting at his formidable power. Despite being called "gross," "puke," and "pig" by Liltotto and Meninas, his abilities were acknowledged. He joined the fight against Ichigo and the female Quincies after Bazz-B, confronting Ichigo and later clashing with the arriving captains. He manipulated Hisagi, causing him to turn against Byakuya and even manipulated Meninas to attack Liltotto to take all the credit for himself.
