A long-haired handsome young man. Captain of the Magic Security Force. An awakened user of the Light Cane.

He has two scar-like marks under his left eye. He calls himself the "next No.1 in the magical world" and likes to judge people based on their "handsomeness," including their spirit. Unlike other awakened users who are strict about rules, he also shows flexibility. Despite not being able to use magic, he has a strong interest in Mash, who possesses high skills.

He joins the inquiry into Mash by the Minister on his own accord, and, liking Mash's attitude, he orders him to light a candle without using his hands. He approves of Mash lighting the fire through the friction of his staff and the floor, and restrains the hardliner Otter who tries to execute Mash. Thus, he builds a trusting relationship with Mash.
