Masaki Goura

A third-year student who serves as the captain of the Ikawa High School volleyball team. His jersey number is 1. He is the ace spiker, using his powerful jump serve as a weapon. On the last day of the summer joint training camp (in Saitama), he gentlemanly addressed Nika (from Karasuno) who seemed to have trouble picking up the barbecue meat, only to be told by her, "I don't find it tasty." His distinctive feature is his cod roe lips. During the Spring High tournament he visited with Shikano and Chikatani, he praised Fukurodani, Nekoma, and Karasuno, with whom he had shared the training camp, saying, "I'm very proud of them."
