Setsuo Miyamoto

A firefighter who committed a series of murders years ago. In the trial, he was acquitted due to a psychiatric evaluation but immediately transformed into an Infernal after. Even as an Infernal, he maintained his ego and went on a rampage.

After being secured by the 5th, experiments with drug administration made it possible for him to focus and shoot flames. He was laid to rest by Arthur during a battle between the 8th and the 5th.
