The scientific investigator who was first assigned to the 8th. Age 23. Height approximately 187 cm. Birthday is March 14th. An unpowered individual. After skipping grades to enter university & graduating at the top of his class, he served as the head of the Pyrokinetic Applied Science Research Institute at Haijima Industries, but enlisted in the 8th by taking advantage of the Empire's policy of expanding scientific investigation. His goal in becoming a special fire officer was to "gain free access to investigate sites" in the field, and although Haijima Industries sent him to spy on the 8th, the members of the 8th are somewhat aware of this. At fire scenes, he takes on the role of analyzing terrain and flame characteristics to determine and direct the most effective extinguishing methods. After the Haijima Industries incident, he formally reveals his true identity and decides to side with the 8th. He has a strong belief in wanting to know the "truth" and is willing to ally with either the 8th or Haijima to achieve it. He has had some contact with Joker in the past and continues to converse with him at investigation sites even after joining the 8th.
