The leader of the Longarm Tribe who had been kidnapping the residents of Harahetternya. Initially defeated by Brook, he pretended to reform but then kidnapped Brook and displayed him as a spectacle. After Brook started playing the guitar, he planned to use him to make money. Two years later, he became Brook's manager, but when Brook told him about his retirement in Sabaody Archipelago, he was furious and reported him to the navy, but Brook managed to escape. After the Dressrosa arc, he tore up a newspaper featuring the Straw Hat crew in Sabaody Archipelago and went on a rampage.
