The leader of the Longarm Tribe was involved in the act of kidnapping the residents of Hungeria. He was once defeated by Brook and appeared to have reformed on the surface, but later kidnapped Brook and made him into a spectacle. When Brook began playing guitar, the leader decided to exploit Brook's musical talent for profit. Two years later, he acted as Brook's manager, but when Brook announced his retirement on Sabaody Archipelago, the leader became furious and reported him to the Marines. However, Brook managed to escape. After the Dressrosa Arc, he was seen rampaging on Sabaody Archipelago while tearing up newspaper articles about the Straw Hat Pirates.
